Just wanted to see if anybody had used USMLE World for CS & had any feedback? (waste of money, compare to FA, etc)

I can't imagine any US-trained medical student who got through 3rd year needing more than First Aid.

Can you speak English?

Can you conduct a quick and thorough review of systems?

Can you do a physical exam that doesn't cover areas that are clearly not involved in the patient's complaint?

That's most of what you need to do.

That, Lord_Jeebus, is exactly what I wanted to hear. My test is on Sept 20th so I guess I'll just skim through FA for CS a couple days before.
