USMLE world for year III?

I was thinking of buying a year subscription for U World for step 2 to do with my year III rotations. Good idea/bad idea? I am starting with peds, does USMLE World have a lot of peds questions?

I think its important to do U World questions during your rotations...some people don't use them because they want to save them for Step 2, but honestly, I am studying for Step 2 now, and I don't remember these questions. Just go through it once - I would advise against doing the questions more than once.
