usmle world sim exams vs NBME? confused after taking both of them..

hai all, i did USMLE WORLD sim EXAM form 1 on 13 th july and got 232... then i scheduled my exam on august 12th....... then i was shocked to see 500/219😱 in NBME form 2 on 1 st august..........hmmm i was worried and so i postponed my exam to august 25 th🙁....... now on 10th august i took USMLE WORLD sim exam form 2 and got 247/640....... shud i take one more NBME? i am afraid that i may loose my confidence again if i get low scores... is form 2 of usmle world sim exams a good predictor?

pls suggest..........
