USMLE World technical probs?

So a number of people at my school are having trouble with USMLE world--not being able to sign on and the program freezing. USMLE World tech support has told a number of people that they are "not experiencing problems" with their QBank and that it must be the school's internet. So: is this true? Is nobody else having technical difficulties with them?

Had USMLEWorld time out on me a couple times, where itd sit there churning its wheels and not do anything. Had it happen when trying to log in, mid-question block, or when trying to create a new test. I generally just go study FA/Goljan for a couple hours and its back to being fine by the time I get back. Happened maybe 4 or 5 times over the past month.

Yeah I've had it lock up several times... Once during the Self Assessment #2... GRRRRR

Been fine for me so far. Perhaps it is your internet connection or computer?

i have had issues when trying to log in (on a mac). i would enter my login info and it would just sit there with the rainbow wheel. anyway, i figured out that if i just make sure to check the "no proxy" box on the login screen (even though it is already selected by default), i don't have the issues.
