I finished Kaplan's Q bank and am now doing USMLE World. I feel USMLE World is way harder. A lot of the stuff I don't see in First Aid. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!

I'm not sure if Uworld is a harder bank. I would say it is a "better" bank. I am hitting around 75% on Uworld, but am getting in the 60's in Kaplan.

What do you mean by better? More like the real thing? Thanks for the input.

Better= correlating more concepts in each question. It makes you think a different way about the disease, etc.

Kaplan seems to test on tiny little facts - which is good, but it is messing with my confidence.

I am learning new things from USMLE world, is this normal? Is USMLE world more-like-the-real-thing? Thanks again for everyone's input.

THIS. Tiny facts that seem so incredibly irrelevant. When Uworld tests on a tiny fact at least it feels like an important tiny fact.

True, but you need all the tiny facts you can learn. They show up on the test.
