Okay, need some advise since I am a poor medical student...
I just bought a subscription for USMLERx and I thought it was the best decision I made. I was using Kaplan for the past few weeks(very expensive) and their answers and explanations, just seem so short! Their questions had spelling mistakes and seemed to easy. I was getting tense about the boards and now that I have USMLERx.com , I can easily follow FIRST AID and get more confidence.
I seriously felt that the USMLERx.com questions had 2,3step thinking questions with images, xrays etc which were much better in quality than Kaplan.
I am done using Kaplan and would NOT recommend it to other POOR medical students (like me who have better things to do with our money)...
Did anyone else feel the same too? it was more expensive and much worse....i guess i got it cuz of the name, but I feel now FIRST AID + USMLERx is the best combo and its cheaper.
Can someone tell me how they liked USMLERx versus USMLWWorld?
Should I spend more money getting the UW? I feel USMLERx is helping me getting ready. Kaplan was a waste, but what about UW?
I want a refund from Kaplan!!!!
