So it tells me the average for the other test takers is a 57% overall, but each day on the cumulative analysis page the average is about 65%. I am wondering which is the accurate one.
I know that after a given test that you take, it doesnt give you the cumulative performance by other students on those exact questions. After an exam, I averaged each question's % correct and the amount was not 57%, meaning that number applies to the qbank as a whole.
I guess the 57% must be cumulative over the years, and this year people seem to be getting around a 64%.
I am hitting 70% with a month left. Goal is a 240, I don't know how feasible that is anymore.
some of the "easy" questions arent that easy so do them too if you canI always uncheck 'easy' questions, so I think my averages get dragged down a bit from the cumulative averages.. i dunno..

yes the usmlerx prediction holds no water so just ignore it, 70% total is pretty good though, finish that sucker and move to uw, good luck
mine expires at noon tomorrow, still got 300 questions left overall but having unchecked easy i get to not do about 180 of those.. so im picking my battle here.
but I see the same thing you do man, i went to the cumulative page and it shows 57% for everyone else.. yet says my avg is 70% and my predicted USMLE score is 211 +/- 20.. if that im that far above avg, somethings screwed up... I think these stats are screwed and useless to waste time interpreting
The estimate is more dependent on your recent performance, than your overall cumulative score, so if you take 5 blocks in a row and get like 80% in each, it'll probably predict like 240 for you.
I did really well on 2 and it gave me a 251 estimate. If only.
