1) usmleworld:

Patient should be induced into labour after 43 completed weeks even if cervix unfavorable. after 42 completed weeks --> biweekly NST and BPP

Blueprint:

Patient should be induced into labour after 42 completed weeks even if cervix unfavorable. after 41 completed weeks --> biweekly NST and BPP

WHAT TO FOLLOW?

2)

usmleworld: calls a 9yr old girl with secondary sexual char as precocius puberty

bluprint: precocious puberty in girls is secondary sexual char <7.5 yrs, and boys <9 yrs

so if a question comes, when do we regard it as normal and when as precocious - will decide whether to treat with GnRH analogue etc.

Both of these explanations are kind of knit-picky, but I'd go with UW for the first and Blueprints for the second.
