In USN's handbook, they claim a passing grade is 90% or an A, otherwise anything less is a fail and you have to "remediate". I briefly looked up UCSF just to compare, and they say passing is equivalent to "C or above".
Is there a lot of variation in pass/fail requirements, seems like having to get an A in every class just to pass is a little much!
