For those that got accepted to USN this coming school year, did you receive anything else besides the letter of acceptance? I sent in my deposit a month ago, and haven't heard from them...did any one receive info about...housing? loan?...things like those yet? Thankx in advance for responding... 🙂

hi- i also sent in my deposit around a month ago. I was told that the school
will be sending out the financial aid packet during the first week in april.

Hi Abilene,

I too sent in my deposit. And just like Pharmgirl714 mentioned, the financial aid package is to be sent out by the end of the 1st week of April.

Take care
Asor 😀

Is USN accreditted by the Western something something of schools? (The ones that deal with financial aide). Not board accreditaion.

Did I spell the words right?

I got home at 5am.

=)

I believe the school is in process of being visited by the Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges (not sure if that's the name), a regional accreditation organization. This may be important in gaining access to federally subsidized student loans. The school is already fully accredited by the ACPE, the national organization responsible for accrediting pharmacy programs. Neither the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy, nor the state board of pharmacy, is responsible for accreditation.

At this point, our school USN does not have subsidized loan yet. But I am very sure they will get this pretty soon. Even if they don't, it is not too bad with other alternative loans, and the school really takes care of this for you.
By the way, any of Vietnamese in here get accepted by USN this year? Please show your hands up, especially girls between 21-22 😉
