How good is the USP (Philadelphia) PharmD program? What kinds of salaries do pharmacists make? Is it better to work in regular pharmacies or for the big pharmaceutical companies? I'm new to the game, so any advice is appreciated!

USP has a good program.
As a USP grad (pharmacy program dropout, however) I can attest to the fact that USP grads are highly regarded in the profession, particularly in the northeast and mid atlantic.
Salaries range from 75,000-100,000+ depending on area of practice.
Salaries may be lower for non-retail positions (hospital, clinical) or higher for some research and industrial positions.
