Hey guys,

Anyone here done the stay with an overnight Host program before the interview at USUHS and what did you think? Also, I actually live 5 minutes from USUHS, do you think it would be wierd if I participated in the Host program anyway? Thanks.

I did the host program. It was a great experience for me........my host was really cool and answered all my questions plus i didnt have to pay for a hotel. PM me if you have more questions.

I think it would be kind of weird for you to stay with a student host when you live 5 minutes away. But, I understand why you would want to do it, likely so that you could get a current student perspective. What I would do is get student contacts when you interview, maybe meet someone who usually hosts students or something, and get their phone number and e-mail address in case you have any questions and want a student perspective.
