still working at Tech....I am not good at writing fancy essays..the pharmacists i worked with gave me negative impression about pharmacy so I will have to make up the experience essay on my own..😳

Under Volunteer/Community Service page, how did you answer "type of experience"? I really don't know what they mean by that. Also, for "background" should I answer it in a short paragraph form or bullet form?

If you are talking about Work Experience section, I put down non-pharmacy-related working experiences under "List other experience" subtitle. For background, I put down a short paragraph about my parent's occupation and type of lauguage they speak etc.
