More concerned that people don't know what they are getting themselves into. Don't know the situation the field is in and believe they are making a good choice.

Yes! Yeah I’m feeling a bit nervous bc I heard they def reject people from interviews but eager to see what kind of conversations and stuff they’ll prompt from us.
