UT Austin Pharmacy School Prereq Question

Hello,
Apparently, I just realized that UT Austin Pharmacy School requires some literature course as a prereq. I don't even know what it is. I thought it is the same as writing courses but the website says no? Am I suppose to have taken this literature course as a GE during my undergrad or something?

I have been emailing the pharmacy school and counselors but none of them reply :/
