Uterus vs bladder

Can we differentiate masses or organ (for example between uterus and bladder)in the abdomen by physical examination?uterus is doughy,cannot get below,can move sideways but cannot move longitudinally.how about the bladder?

Uterus is inside peritoneal cavity while bladder is not. don't know if that helps..
