How is UTSW as a program? Anyone know current fellows there and if they're happy?

I know a current PGY-5 there and she's very happy. Good research and clinical exposure. Supportive PDs.

I know a 2nd year and a 3rd year. Both came from top 10 residences. Both LOVE their program and are very satisfied with the clinical and research training. Everybody raves about the two PDs and how supportive they are. Two brand new hospitals coming up next year (parkland and university hospital). High volume (esp cath). Most fellows can get Cocats 2 in echo, Nuc etc. all-in-all a very well-rounded program..one that I'm ranking highly ;-)

overall a pretty strong program. its definitely a program where the clinical rotations are resident driven with the exception of CHF at the university hospital. very very strong faculty. match well from solid residency programs.
