UVA supplemental application

Has anyone else received this UVA supplemental? It asks for you to post information not included in your ERAS, which makes it confusing when they ask for step scores and the courses you've received honors for. It also asks for teaching experiences and significant leadership activities, but why wouldn't I list these in my ERAS. How have any of you used this supplemental application?

Which program at UVA did you apply to? I know neuro didn't have one.

This refers to the UVA gensurg residency application.
No supplemental fee is asked for.

They also asked me to fill one out for Ortho....it was very brief....no fee either.
