UVM vs. RWJMS Reputation

I've been accepted to RWJMS (OOS) and I'm on the waitlist at UVM. I really enjoyed both schools (even UVM's active learning curriculum) but I am interested in one of the more competitive specialties (Dermatology) and I keep seeing on SDN how difficult it may be to match depending on your school. I'm interested in knowing what is the general consensus of both medical schools (national reputation, "prestige" or brand name, SDN-tier level) and if either one has an advantage over the other in terms of matching.
I am trying to decide how hard I should pursue UVM to get off the waitlist?....

Go to whichever school has a home Derm program. If they both do, then it doesnt matter. Pick the cheaper one.

Residency director scores from US News are one way to gauge the reputation of a school.
UVM score: 3.3
Rutgers NJ score: 2.9

As you can see, not a huge difference in reputation. Assuming equal COA, go to whichever school you think you'd be happier at.
