anyone notice that the application on UW is for 2001? is there a newer application available, or should i just edit the dates?

Yeah, I noticed that as well. I called up to ask for an app packet just in case....

You know, it really is amazing how half-hearted an effort these programs put into having their program info actually up-to-date. Heck, some programs don't even have remotely accessible web presences!

An update....

I just got the UW packet in the mail yesterday. It's identical except for the fact that they have the proper dates on the form. So you can use the downloaded forms you have.

Isn't UW using the ERAS system? I checked recently, and I know they were on there. Just wondering, because why do they have a separate app?

check the aamc site. their radiation oncology residency program is not participating in ERAS this year.
