I actually don't follow college football too well (just watch the big games every now and then), is our school's football team good?? =P I think I read somewhere that we have a pretty kick ass rowing team.

I think the football team is decent... I know their volleyball team kicks major ass.
About medchem- isn't this biochemistry? I have a few friends in the school who were able to apply their college biochemistry to pass out of medchem 400. Those who did pass out said it hasn't affected them in other classes. The only drawback is that your grade gets transferred as well. My friend who did take the medchem and chose not to pass out to avoid transferring the grade said she didn't do that much better/didn't learn more... so maybe if you have a good grade in biochemistry, you can just pass out- otherwise take the class.
The qualifying exam is given during Orientation. Hmm...I didn't know anything about transferring biochem grades for medchem. Anyway I spoke to Kari yesterday and she said that they will provide an outline of what to study along with the pre-registration materials.boobash said:Hmmm... well if I can apply my biochem grade, that's cool cause I got an A in that one. But from the course information, it looks more like maybe 1st semester ochem to me, in which I got a B. Actually, what if you took biochem twice (at different schools) would they just transfer one grade, or average them out?? Eh, I might as well just study a bit over the summer and do well on their test.
