Hey guys, just wondering if there is much added value in reading UW explanations to questions you got correct and know why you got correct.

What I do is usually read my second choice and read why that is wrong and not the right answer... I find it helps me get my mind on the right track for the exam. I usually skip reading the really obvious/easy questions.

If you have time it definitely couldn't hurt. You may pick up an error in your thought process by doing that. That takes a long time though. 1 block could easily turn into 3 hours of annotating and researching.

I think many questions are answered by ruling out wrong answers so I felt it was almost as important to see the explanations for the wrong ones and why they didn't fit.

i did that for a block of 46Q and it took me about 4 hours to review. if you have time, its worth it. but its a quick way to get burned out so be sure to mix it up while ur doing it!

Ive done it for all of them....takes me about 2:45 to 3 hours to go through 46 questions...but i think the power of UW is the explanations.

+1

Though I will admit, if I feel like I'm burning out, I try just to get the main point of the question and just read the synopsis.

Yeah...i try to force myself through all of them though. Even if i feel like i really know a question/subject, alot of times i pick something subtle up. And repetition never hurts

46 questions in timed tutor mode... In question nº 30 I'm already f** up LOL

much better use doing it 23 qs timed tutor.

Many times I have to judge how much of a guess versus outright knowing it it was for me.

I usually look at the percentages that chose other answers and if it is around 10% or more then I go into a little more detail into those. I figure, there must be some kind of overlap I was not aware of that led people to that choice. The topics I tend to be really bad at, I read all of those explanations as well. Lately, since my test is next week it has been much less detail. I did 156 questions today...odd number because I wanted to round it out to 46 question blocks for the remainder.
