Does anyone have any insight on the program? (Thinking about applying to the program next cycle)

UW-Milwaukee is relatively a newer program, so there are still some things they are working on, but their program is based off of UW - La Crosse's (they have a consortium). They have one of the smallest class sizes you'll see at 24, which makes for a very competitive admissions process. Their admissions process focuses mostly on your academic stats & GRE scores (they want to keep their 100% pass rate since they're a newer program). I also know their program is generally focused a bit more in the area of medically underserved (urban environment) populations. Overall, it's a well respected, up and coming program that will give you a great education.

I'm a 1st year at the UW-Madison (almost 2nd year) & I was accepted to all 3 programs when I applied. I also studied at UWM, so feel free to PM me with any more questions about UWM, La Crosse or Madison!

I currently attend UWM, and know quite a few people in the program. It is a good program with fairly new facilities (built w/in the last 10 years). I've taken a class in their cadaver lab, which is nice. Their class size is relatively small, and in the most recent cycle the class was full by the end of the early application process. If your'e planning on applying there, it's a good idea to do the early app.

As for their application process, I know that they put the most weight on the Physics and A&P grades on your transcript.
