I have heard recommendations for getting a yearlong subscription to UWorld Step2CS and using it for each clerkship. Anyone think this is a good idea?

Also, can you reset the UW qbank when you study for the actual Step 2 exam? (In Step1, you could reset once if you bought 12mo)

I would recommend getting the Uworld step 2 CK question bank. I would say it was the main reason I did so well on my shelf exams, and since I did medicine in july-aug, the ~1400 questions I did then I have no memory of now as I study for step 2.

You can only reset the 6 month and 1 year subscriptions. If you plan to take step 2 early next year (as within a year from today) you get the best bang for your buck. This is what I did and I highly recommend it

ya, i think most of us in here would agree that you should supplement the step2CS with the First Aid for the USMLE Step 2 CS, it contains a bunch of information that will make a you superstar in the NBME shelf exams, totally worth it, read that book cover to cover 2x before any rotation and you will surely get a 99

Yes sorry, I meant the Step 2 CK. Thanks, I plan to get a 12mo then.

Is FA for Step2CK good for shelfs?
