Am I the only person who is still waiting for a supplemental application from UW?

I applied in early August and I have heard from 2 other schools already for an interview. I am a Washington resident and I know that I am a competitive applicant, but apparently not competitive enough for UW.

Is anyone else experiencing difficulties?

OMG same here! I'm going crazy trying to understand what part of my application didn't deserve a secondary. I have good stats/research experience/lots of EC/and I think my personal statement was nicely written. I applied in early august too, and I am almost losing hope, because I know september ppl have already got secondaries and turned them in 🙁

Have you guys tried to contact the admissions office? I called last week but haven't heard from them yet.

So I just got a supplementary application today. It was dated August 19th though. Weird. I wonder if it got lost...

Anyways I am going to fill it out ASAP.

I got mine yesterday too! It is dated on the 19th because that is the day they put together the secondary and so that was the first day they started mailing it out to ppl! I don't know why it took sooooo long!

That's really weird.... However, you guys should maybe give UW a call and tell them about it because on the secondary it says you need to mail it in within 3 weeks. So maybe it would be good to tell them that although it's past 3 weeks of when it's dated, that you JUST received it.

I tried to call but got their voicemail.

I sent them an email explaining the situation. I don't think we will be faulted for it.

They probably just sent them out but it was a forwarded email or something.
Who knows...

Don't worry about August 19th, it is three weeks from the day you receive the email. All of the supp. apps. say Aug. 19th.

I second what Dawgpack said. I got my secondary last month, and it still says August 19th.
