Yea, it's been really slow for myself and some of my classmates. Not really even usable right now...

Same here. Extremely slow. I thought it was me this whole time.

It does this particularly during the day. I attributed it last year to it somehow being a "slow server" from lots of students logging on and using it. I did almost all the UWise questions the day before my shelf, starting at 7AM, and was flying until about 9AM when things started screeching to a halt. I plodded through questions at the slow pace they allowed me to during the day, and then around 9 or 10PM it picked up again and went quickly.
