will Uworld help me with NBME exam that i have to take after second year? i know it's practically essential for the step, just wondering if it also applies to NBME since i heard that both exams stress different things? if i have this all wrong, feel free to correct me. thanks.

I been thinking about that same exact NBME exam. 😉

From what I have read in these forums, it is generally best to save USMLE World for your real hardcore studying since it is the most important qbank. Depending on how much money and time you want to spend of course, you may want to get a different qbank to play around with during the semester.

What I would do is incorporate that NBME into your studying schedule and use it as one of many NBME's you are going to use to track your progress.
