USMLE UWorld, NBME 15, and how to take this

I'm a week out from the USMLE. There's about a 10 point discrepancy between my predicted scores based on my first full pass of UWorld and NBME 15, which I took this morning, with the NBME being the lower. I'd be OK either way, but obviously I'd rather do better. I'm just not sure what to make of this, when the NBMEs are considered better predictors but UWorld reflects my average performance over multiple days. There's the 'game day' and 'quieter environment' factors too. Any thoughts?

The UW isn't meant to be a predictor. I'd go with the NBME. Take 16, if you wanna make sure.

Heh, that would be nice if it was possible, Psai! I know there's no crystal ball, but with as many of us as take this beast a year there are some trends. Just wa wondering if anyone else had been in a similar scenario, and how things went for them.

Dude no one says to look at your uworld percentage as a predictor. It's a learning tool.

A week out.........does not matter. Review what you feel will get you the most bang for your week.....do some questions to stay fresh...........take it.

You are within range according to you anyway. You do not get points for practice. So, do not worry about it since you are where you need to be and finish strong and take it. Fin...........
