UWORLD similar to step in terms of answer choices?

So I've been going through uworld and I see alot of patterns in the answer choices (as I'm sure you all have), like for example, in vasculitis type questions, a common thing is to have the same choices together (onion skinning, transmural inflammation, medial calcification etc) or in micro where they ask about fungi.

My question is does this same kind of thing show up on the actual step1? Any help would be appreciated.
