there's this question in uwsa2 about a chronic alcoholic who presents with ataxia, and coarse, rhythmic, postural tremor of his fingers and arms. The cause is cerebellar degeneration.
The answer explanation says "Postural Parkinsonian tremor" of fingers and hands may also be observed.
Can someone explain this tremor and how cerebellar degeneration can cause parkinsonian tremor? thanks!
