VA pharmacies

A spot has become available at a VA outpatient clinic near where I live and I'm considering applying for the position. Are there any VA pharmacists who would like to share some pros and cons of their jobs? I, so far, have only heard good things.

I'm leaning towards a career at the VA myself, almost everything you hear is great: the pay, benefits, duties, etc. The only downside I've heard is you see the same pt population all the time so that can be a bit dull.
