I'm assuming many school have similar or identical vaccination record requirements as well as a specific physical examination to be had.

I need a pretty in-depth physical and a few vaccine boosters done by April 26th

How do I go about getting this done? Do I just walk into the clinic (with my records) and tell them I need this, this, and that?

Do you have insurance? Then just make an appt with your doc & tell them what you need.
I did not have insurance or a primary when I was accepted so I just went to an urgent care clinic. An NP did my medical attestation, physical, and they did all of the titres and whatnot that I needed.
A year later when I had to get another physical and some additional stuff for clinic (some clinics require unique things your school didn't), I had insurance (required by my school) so I made an appt with a DO who handled everything for me.

If you have insurance, your well visit and vaccines are considered preventative care and should have no copay/deductible. If you are uninsured, you may be able to get low cost vaccines at your metropolitan health district office. Also, Urgent Care will be more expensive than a regular office visit, but if you don't have a regular doctor, you can get a physical at a CVS Minute Clinic or something like that.

Go to your school nurses/doctor's office and they'll be able to direct you. They deal with students like you all the time.

If you have issues with insurance or trying to save money you can:
1. Go to a medical office in your college (where you took your pre-reqs if you are still enrolled); they may be able to provide you with everything you need for free or at lower cost.
2. There are free clinics where you can get basic physical and basic vaccines for free. Then shop for places where vaccines/titers are the cheapest and get them there. Some schools may let you sign a waiver from vaccine too (like for flue, Hepatitis B); you may want to look into that.
3. Your school should be ok with you seeing an RN or PA for your physical instead of MD. It may cost you less to see RN or PA.
Many doctors will not perform in-depth physical on you for your school paperwork (depends on Dr). They just often look through the list, ask you if you have any issues; you say NO, they check all the boxes that you are ok, and let you go 5 min later.
