Hello,
I am taking a survey on attitudes and knowledge regarding vaccinations and vaccination programs. If you are a companion animal DVM and could take just a few brief moments to answer the following questions, it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much for your help and participation!

1) What vaccinations do you recommend for dogs? For cats?
2) Do you recommend annual vaccinations with all vaccines?
3) Do you use a 3 year or 2 year rabies vaccine for dogs? Do you vaccinate cats for rabies? If so, do you use a 3 yr or 1 yr vaccine? How often do you administer the rabies vaccine?
4) Do you recommend canine coronavirus vaccine for puppies? For adult dogs? If yes, why?
5) Do you recommend feline coronavirus vaccine (or FIP) for kittens? Adult cats? If yes, why?
6) Do you recommend feline leukemia vaccine for kittens? Adult cats?
7) Do you use giardia vaccine for dogs and/or cats? Why?
8) Do you recommended FIV vaccine for cats? What percentage of unvaccinated cats do you think get infected with FIV?
9) Do you prefer an intranasal or parental kennel cough vaccine? Why?
10) Do you prefer an intranasal or parental feline respiratory vaccine? Do you use a live or killed vaccine?
11) Are you concerned about vaccine associated sarcomas (VAS) in cats? Have you ever seen VAS? If yes, how many?
