OK i have a question. Can changing from a triphasic to a monophasic OCP lead to intermenstrual bleeding (spotting)? What all would we include in this differential? Need some feedback. Thanks..

Usually it is the other way around

teenager- anovulation pregnancy STD CT/GC

reproductive- pregnancy , polyp, cervical cancer

perimenopause- endometrial cancer polyp
