valid period for Part I

Hello, everybody,
Would you please tell me the valid period for part I? that is, if I take part I now, when will it expire?
Second question, do most of the dental schools require the applicant to be the state resident? I asked Baylor College of Dentistry today. They said their admission is limited to Texas residents.
