Hey everyone,

I noticed that there are few good vancomycin dosing app calculators on the iPhone or Android, so I made one for iOS !

The difference between VancoDose and other calculators:

• Doses make sense and are complete with frequency and infusion time
• Calculations can be done in seconds!
• You can switch between different units (lbs <> kg, cm <> inches, mg/dL <> &#956;mol/L)
• User interface is attractive and intuitive
