I applied for this summer's VSSA, and was curious as if anyone has heard anything, or knew when we were supposed to be notified?

That's bogus - I never got a free calendar. And I want one.

But the application said they notify by 3/1. Hopefully sometime this week!

I heard of my acceptance last Thursday. Are you all participating? Do any of you know more about it?

Oh really? I guess that means I got rejected then. I haven't heard anything. 🙁

If I get accepted I'll definitely be going.

I don't know. They might not of notified everyone yet. I am still deciding.

My girlfriend goes to Vandy. I'll say that, from her experience, it's an incredible campus with great resources. Nashville is also an awesome city to be in.

Can't attest too much to the quality of their research, but, in general, it's a wonderful institution.

I was accepted into the undergraduate clinical research

For those interested, one of the coordinators told me that invitations for the molecular and cellular biology and clinical research programs were sent out last week. If anyone declines the offer, a second round of invitations will go out 3/23. The cancer biology program will notify next week. I don't know anything else about the other programs since I didn't apply to them.

Yep, I heard second round of acceptances will happen after 3/23. I wonder how many spots are up for grabs in clinical research...?!🙄

I applied to the Clinical research...havent heard back yet! I've e-mailed two people in the program and neither have responded to me. What the hell is going on over there. I just want to know if I got rejected or not!

Anyone else heard anything?
