VCU curriculum question

Does VCU requires students to take summer courses? (something like 9 credits) i can't find this info and I'm wondering this because this would affect tuition.
I was looking on their online calculator for tuition and just D1-D4 comes out at less than 200k for OOS which seems really low. Then I tried summer and with that it came out at around 300k.

Does anyone that attend VCU know this? Does the tuition go from 40k to 70k/year if you include the summer credits?

Thanks! (I hate the calculator option...they should just give you a flat amount and include the fees)

I uploaded a document showing the COA for the school, which has all the information you need. Tuition is charged per year, not per credit, and the only time you have the summer off is in between your first and second year.
