Here are the facts for out of state that VCU gave: Total Cost (Tuition Only) = $244,271 Housing= $106,167 Total Cost (Tuition and Housing) = $350,438 3rd Year (Tuition and Housing) = $86,340 4th Year (Tuition and Housing) = $86,369
