VCU Secondary Question

Just received a secondary from VCU. There are a few questions I am unsure about how to answer.

1. Please briefly explain any lapses in your undergraduate education that are not explained in your application.
2. Please briefly explain any low GPAs or poor grades.

I do not have any lapses in my education and although I have received a couple of B's in my classes, I don't consider those to be poor grades. Is it necessary for me to answer all the questions? Any help would be appreciated, please and ty
