Verification form question

Hello,

I am currently in the process of applying for my initial residency license. The form requires to have the Medical verification form from the school.
I am an IMG that transferred to another medical school after 4th semester.
I had transferred back in Aug 2019 and took few months for step 1 prep and started my clinicals in Jan 2020.

On the verification form my school has verified the dates of enrollment from Jan 2020 until my graduation, although my date of acceptance was Aug 2019. I spoke with my school and they confirmed they have Aug 2019 as my transferred date but mentioned the enrolled date would be Jan 2020 when the rotation started.
Would this be an issue when submitting my dates for the online license form?

Just put it down as it happened. Make sure you and your school are on the same page and you should be fine.
