Do you have to have your application verified on PTCAS (status saying verified instead of complete) before the deadline for it to be considered you've submitted on time? Or do you just need to hit the submit button by the deadline?
I just submitted some applications on 9/9 and the deadline is 9/15. But I've already sent my transcripts to PTCAS and the transcripts are received in the system.
