Technology Verizon PDA Phone, Samsung Schi730, Audiovox xv6600 or Phone + Axim?

Hey, so I'm up for a new every two and thus $100 CREDIT ON A "PHONE: iI'm and MS2 and I was wondering:
1) Do I need to spend cash on a PDA for 3rd Year or should I save my cash getting one in residency?
2)Anyone got a favorite between the Dell Axim, Samsung SCH-i730, Audiovox xv6600? I figure if the dell is much better I'll get it but since i cna save $100 and only hacve to carry aroudn one thing the latter woudl be better.
3) Anyone know if there are graffitie programs for pocket pcs so that you can enter with a stylus like you woudl with a plam?

2. honestly, PDAs are all about the same. the main thing is feature set (but even there, most companies release very similar spec'ed models). go with whichever you like better, because they will all work for your purposes.
3. pocket pc does not need graffiti. the writing recognition program is built-in. you have 3 options: virtual keyboard (tap out the words), virtual write pad (exactly the same system as graffiti on palm, except the writing pad is digital), or freehand (you write wherever you want on the screen, however you want it, in cursive or print, whole sentences, etc, and the ppc will transcribe for you -- not 100% accurate, but pretty good.)
