I don't have an answer but you need to calm down. All this stressing is gone to give heart attack. You have came this far--give yourself some credit. You have a good chance to get into somewhere, all you need is one. Keep your head up young lady or young man whichever you are.

3 interviews so far (ranging from Oct --> Jan)...application still being considered at all 3 schools...not accepted, not on the alternate list, not rejected. All this waiting and not being able to do anything is killing me!! It's distracting me from doing everything else!

I thought my interviews went very well. How important are your stats after a good interview?

I'm sorry to hear that. I agree that the waiting part is the worst. Not much you can do about it except go exercise like crazy to keep the stress away.

As for stats after interview, I guess it depends on where you went. MWU-A takes about 1/6 of the people they interview?

I am in a similar situation as you. It's been hard but don't give up hope! Persistence is part of the game.

OP, unfortunately there is nothing you can do at this point. You've given it your best shot for all the schools. Obviously you're a qualified applicant--otherwise they would have rejected you without offering you an interview.

Just keep your head up, call schools if you think you can't stand it (but not too much--don't want to make them angry hahaha), and KEEP YOURSELF DISTRACTED! I think it's important to keep doing other things so that you're not thinking about this all the time. Go get a research position or take classes or do more volunteering, etc (these things will also make you a more competitive applicant if you have to reapply next year). Don't forget to exercise and have a healthy social life too--these things will keep you distracted and help you feel better too!

I'm sorry that you haven't heard news yet, and I hope you get great news soon! Look on the bright side, no news yet is better than bad news!
