So the MSAR has a section called "specialty choice" which I'm assuming shows the specialties that medical students there match into. So I wonder, why doesn't any school have pathology listed? Is it just not a very popular specialty? Or...is it even an actual specialty? 😳

Sorry for the stupid question, I just have to fill out some secondaries and I don't want to write that I'm interested in pathology when it might not be an actual specialty. 😳

Pathology is a specialty. Jack Kevorkian was a pathologist.

You should also see that neurology or neurosurgery isn't listed on a few schools, everyone knows that they are specialties, just not the ones that most people choose or match for.

Cool, that settles that. Thanks for your help everybody! 🙂
