Hello I am a veterinarian in central Florida, I am currently looking to start my own practice and have several locations in mind, most are approximately 2500 to 3000 Square feet in size. My queries into what a build out on a leasehold would cost have ranged greatly from 30 dollars a square foot to 150 dollars a square foot. As one might expect I am in a bit of a tight budget and almost anything over 50 dollars is pretty much out of the question. So I am wondering if there is anyone out there who has some experience in the cost of these things or wether I should just pack it in as the build out has become cost prohibitive.
