So my secondaries were submitted a while ago, and my lors about a month ago using VE. I was wondering, many of my schools still have not gotten my LORs (they all accept VE). Are there certain schools that I have to call up and tell them to download them, or will all schools eventually download my LORs.

Give them time. As long as you're certain that your LORs have been posted, you should be fine. I recall getting an automated email from the VirtualEvals folks the day my letters were posted online. Did you get one of those?

do they download them in bulk? because if so people have been getting theirs confirmed before i have and i sent mine in earlier. this is why im worried.

taking a real long time for baylor and upenn to get my LORs, also been a few days for yale so far. Some schools got em that day, some within a few days, and Upenn/baylor have both been like 15 days now so maybe i'll call some time this week to check on em.

As long as some of your schools have received them, you're fine. That at least tells you that they've been made available and schools can download them when they wish. As you've found out, some schools like to take their sweet time and others are on the ball.
