vit D Levels in HL and NHL

Kind of annoying. I'm about half-way through my second pass of UWorld at the moment, and I went to search that QID, but they won't let me access that question because I haven't "used" it yet on this pass of the QBank. They will only let me retrieve QID#s to questions I've used.

Just reviewed the question and did a little research online.

Hodgkin's is a granulomatous disease.

So I guess the idea is that any granulomatous disease can cause hypercalcaemia/hypervitaminosis-D secondary to epithelioid hydroxylation of calcidiol (thereby forming calcitriol).
