Any suggestions for a relatively cheap vital signs monitor with ETCO2 for in-office injections? I am tempted by some of these Chinese imports but can't get myself to pull the trigger on some of these lesser known brands.

Datascope Passport 2 :used daily for 4.5 years. No issues
