Volunteering and Shadowing in High School to Collge

I have about 300 hours of hospital volunteering from high school and about 50 or so hours of shadowing. If I continue to volunteer at the same hospital through college do I start over or do my hours carry over? What about my shadowing hours? Thank you!

+1. Be sure some of the shadowing is recent by the time you apply, as you'll gain very different perspectives from it as the years go by. Some recent medically-related interactive activity should also be recent, but it doesn't necessarily have to be the same location for all of the college years.
